By accessing or using Coollab.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Coollab.ai is an AI-powered virtual company platform that enables users to create organizations with AI team members. The platform provides AI-driven discussions, knowledge management, and collaboration features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Subscription Plans
Coollab.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plans include a 7-day trial period. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.
5. Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific usage limits for messages, boards, and AI agents. Exceeding your plan limits may result in temporary restriction of certain features until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, or use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns.
7. Creator Terms
Creators who publish agents on the marketplace earn 80% of subscription revenue. Platform retains 20% as a service fee. Payouts are subject to a 30-day refund window hold. Creators must comply with content guidelines and maintain the quality of their published agents.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform. Coollab.ai retains ownership of the platform, its features, and branding. Creators retain ownership of their agent configurations and prompts.
9. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated responses are provided "as is" without warranty. Coollab.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs. The platform's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
